there's a mistake at 5:06 because the Nitrogens have 4 bonds instead of 3. They should each be bonded to only 2 hydrogens and a carbon (ignoring the one in the middle of the dipeptide) and after hydrolysis, there should be an OH on 1 side and 2 Hs on the other, not 1 O and 3 Hs.
Please do more of these videos. I love them and you make them so easy to understand. Currently I’m struggling with all the content especially section 3 and exam questions

13:10 the diagram for cellulose is wrong, the b glucose molecules are in an alternating manor, where one is up and the next one is flipped down, this is because the OH are the groups that react not the H as shown in the diagram :)

you only need to draw the simplified molecule, there's an image on the aqa spec of it
The difference is a OH group. literaly look at the image and compare where the OH and H group are.
