I think it looks great with additional light for GI, I'm not a big fan of the UV. I think the biggest criticism of them is just the cost, it is so cheap and easy to DIY.
The PinStadiums make pins look good, but they hide the art blades. I just started buying matrix bulbs and spotlight kits from Comet.
can you show me the ones you use? :)
@@dayz112 - comet only has one matrix spotlight kit. They’re super quick and easy to use. I get the CGC light afapters from LER Mods
Definitely an improvement. Looks really good. I like how during the different modes it leaves the lights on so it's not so over the top with flashing the GI off and on. The only complaint I have about this "how to" video is when you said you use the blue and white wire for the GI connection when clearly it's a purple and white wire...I know how you can be with wire colors..LOL
Looks nice. I know PInStadium gets a lot of hate but they make a nice difference on some games. I think this is one of those. Thanks for the how-to!
They get a lot of hate? How so? For what?
Mainly the hate comes from the cost. Most people think that ALL they do is light up. But they have so much more capabilities than that. When it comes to wifi and customization settings. The "poor man" version doesn't do anything but light up - and they aren't as bright.
@@CaryHardy I have them on almost every machine I own. The difference they make is amazing and Scott is great to deal with.
If you’re gonna whinge about cost pinball probably isn’t for you. They’re worth every penny.
I gotta ask how do you keep your art blades from being damaged? I don't see you using any plastic protectors or anything. I have the worst luck of getting them caught/ripped a few times when lifting up the playfield that I just end up not using them because of this.
your playfield may not be well centered to give you a gap on each side. there are also art blade protectors you can buy when lifting the playfield.

Hey Cary do you have issues raising the playfield? The tolerances on mine are so tight I don’t think it would fit with the magnetic strips on. I literally have like zero clearance. Thanks man
Not on this game. I have a couple of other games that are tricky though.
Hi Cary, so is there a pretty big difference between the Neo atom vs Neo fusion? Being 2x the cost it’s hard to determine if it’s twice as good or not. What do you think about the new X series? I think it was just announced a couple days ago

Well I'm glad you found me in the vast world that is TH-cam! When it comes to getting a tech out to your games. You could ask around online via Pinball Enthusiasts on facebook or Pinside.com for help. Someone might be near your location.

Better without honest
Not accurate side by side since i see the obstructed rails in the "without pin stadium". (Its not without, just not on) really this game does not need any additional lighting at all and this is just a waste of money. What a mess to install also. Just play the game. love your video's though but this is down right stupid, partner!
