I toured the Woodford reserve distillery couple years ago, tasted it straight out the barrel before it was filtered into the bottling machine to fill. Best burban I've ever tasted.

If your gunna put carbonated drinks into a mix drink you shake the drink then add the carbonated drink. Also just in general shake tf outta the drink makes it nice and cold amd taste great.

The salt in beer is used to kill some of the carbonation. Also, you add the carbonated components after you've shaken the non-carbonated components to avoid flattening the fizz.
