Honestly I sympathize with you, I became obsessed with Georg since I saw 1917. Until then, I didn't even know he exist. I would like to see a movie, Where hands touch. It's a drama where unfortunately he dies at the end. I've seen a few scenes and he's amazing there. I just need to prepare a box of tissues.. th-cam.com/video/-6w9-NyH6cc/w-d-xo.html
@@mari.be.86 I looked George MacKay up after watching 1917 - because, like you, I hadn't ever even heard of him before - and I came on this same clip you linked above. So heart-rending... He's obviously very, very good at portraying hurting, conflicted characters and at getting emotion across. Watching him is agony, because you feel his pain so deeply. I will definitely watch more of his movies going forward, but I'm not sure, even with 100 boxes of tissues, I'll ever watch that one.
@@forthhallingas Watching him is agony, but I have another problem, he reminds me a lot of someone... Except George could be his son. He has his eyes, a smile, a little nose. Similarly colored voice. And I also looked on the Internet for someone from the past who George reminds me so much. Well, it's just a little personal to me. Here th-cam.com/video/zGN7WZX9zec/w-d-xo.html start from 10th min. he has the same laughter and the mimic wrinkles when he laughs, exactly the same. And almost the same hairstyle as Mr. M when we met 15 years ago.

I know right, I saw it again last week god
Incredible actors!! I could feel their commitment and passion throughout the film
I love that George is so oldfashioned. He thought age 4 was too young for a PS. Meanwhile, I bought my 5yo nephew a PS4.
5:46 didnt we all have George's reaction
Yes, definitely. Each to their own and all that though, lol.
I love George just a bit more now I know he is/was into Playmobil though. 💖

I really love the end of this in particular where they're talking about Christmas pressies. So cute.
