What I do at a very low level is create a spell called Bane of Cliffracer, which is a levitate 1 point for 1 second on target. once you cast it and it hits, they immediately will fall to the ground, either killing them or damaging them quite a bit, making it easier to kill. Just cast it at a distance and watch the magic.
Not gonna lie, some of those summons are freaking terrifying. Wish we had that in Skyrim in vanilla. Great video, definitely helps with my first playthrough of Morrowind as a mage. You just earned another subscriber my friend!

What mods are you using because it makes Morrowind look amazing! I also love the magic system in Morrowind. Best magic system Bethesda ever made. Shame it was so minimal in Skyrim.

Unfortunately all the lower summons get one shot by enemies and all the high level ones are ridiculous to cast. Putting mid level conjurers in a weird spot
For midgame I prefer to create my own spells that made a lot of fodder for like half a minute. I mean they wont kill anyone on their own at that point, but you as well will have some other tricks up your sleeve, while multisummon of like ancestral spirit, least bonerwalker and mister skeletal will give you enough time to do your mojo from flank. Also usefull to funnel opponents one by one.
With a high enough magika and conjuration skill you can have all of the creatures summoned at once. My favorite attack is to go to a door and mass conjure my mini army on the other side and just listen to the chaos! Fun times.
I must have got lucky then as I have done this trick on the X-Box. Keep in mind that Morrowind is known for its crashes. Save often. :-) Check your disk if you have not already as it may have damage but yeah I feel your pain.

Having Conjuration is really useful if you chose Axe as your Main/Minor skill and you can get Bound BattleAxe at Balmora Mages Guild from the Guild Guide who transports you to the other Mages Guilds at the start. Conjuration + Axe = Engine of Death
Nice tutorial, although the bound greaves spell can only be accessed via console command (PC). Which bound greaves does exist, but Bethesda didn't put the spell into the game sadly, just like medium armour master trainer. Which that can be fixed with the unofficial patch.

Drink that netch leather and bloat tea untill u get drunk asf.Join the tribunal temple to learn conjuration from the temple priest(forgot his name).Buy summon dremora,buy summon golden saint,buy summon winged twilight,buy summon bonelord,buy summon daedroth.And watch your summon torture any fckers that try to hurt you.And also you can kill them to get an op souls to put in your grand soulgem.

Svenshine I've had that too, trickier to fix though. Grab the mesh name and whack it in google, it's a common fault and you need to simply delete a bunch of related meshes :) (You could probably replace them with something else but I'm too lazy for that)
Why is conjuration shit on so much? I've not played Morrowind yet but I've played Skyrim and I swear by conjuration as a battlemage. Are the summons not as effective in Morrowind? Seems to me that not only did the summons look very helpful in your video but conjuration is a great way of levelling skills - conjuration, weapon types and armour types...unless I have it all wrong? Also, seems like with conjuration and illusion you'd never even have to get involved in a fight, if that's your style haha
Summoning creatures in Skyrim is much better than in Morrowind. Actually conjuration is the only thing Skyrim got right in magic. Conjuration in Morrowind is terrible because it takes too long to become useful, you would need a high conj level and alot of magika to use the bound equipment efficiently, and the summoned creatures are very underpowered besides the golden saint (which you can soul trap). All in all, the only reason I use conjuration is for the golden saint spell primarly for soul trapping and to raise intelligence.
@@bashersully7667 Conjuration wasn't that bad, honestly. I could make due with (typically) a Clanfear, a Greater Bonewalker, and a Bonelord. Granted, I also stacked myself with defensive spells and the like, but it still workes pretty well.

Question: Is the bound armor heavy? Can I wear it if I have conjuration and skill in light or unarmored and not in heavy armor?

There's a specific mesh of table that never loads in my game and it's a bitch because it makes giant "!"'s everywhere
