We use the water displacement method to get rid of all the air in the Ziploc bag. This will allow you to store your food for longer OR sous vide your food. Air is the enemy of food!

When I'm sealing most things i just pop a straw in the side of the seal and suck out the remaining air 😂 wouldn't do that if the food wasnt for me or mine, but still, I'm glad you showed this, i forgot this gem from my time in the kitchen!
