Oh dear. Remind me never to buy an Indian piston. Pistons are machined oval and barrel shaped at ambient so they become cylindrical at working temp. Gudgeon pin hole should be machined to tolerance of 2 microns to prevent knock.
which jig? because every jig i saw here was the standard way of making pistons. ever made a piston? theres a certain procedure to follow. if you dont know how to make them, and havent made them before, who are you to tell ANYONE how they SHOULD make them? as for ovality... are you 100% certain that cnc lathe didnt have a camming.oscillating cycle thrown in? its only a few thou... pretty hard to tell if it IS oscillating through that cut...
Pistons are cam ground, they are not circular. The thrust surfaces of the piston are larger than the sides of the piston that are parallel to the piston pin. These pistons are completely round.

And are absolute JUNK! Precisely which alloy are these pistons? What are their expansion characteristics? Obviously, you know very little about pistons. Me? I’m a retired ASE certified master engine machinist.

Wow thats the first Pakistan machineshop Ive seen with a cement floor and semi-modern cnc machines, looks like a place that can make quality parts. I encourage the owner to make wearing steal toe work boots mandatory and safety glasses too. The finished pistons look marvelous.
@@19wael96 why? pistons have been getting made for over a century. there arent any little secrets about it. may have proprietary alloys, or machines to do certain tasks, but making a piston? its all standard procedures. for some reason i doubt that yamaha or honda or BMW has any interest in "copying" ANYTHING done here.
I guess the right amount of silica is added for the piston material. :))

that's all good. but you need to add additives to aluminum to reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion. silicon is needed.

Can anyone tell whether zinc aluminum alloy is good for making pistons of bitzer semi hermetic
Video is not clear, should have taken the manufacturing process in proper order ( step by step).
If it was your factory you wouldn't show the full process mate.
