Thanks worked on my Columbus mls flex no option for phone number but got to looking at the spread sheet and boom there it is

Great information M Parker. I tried that, and I had all the information but the phone numbers. Does this have to do with the county where the property is recorded? I work in Orange County, FL.

I cannot find phone number in my Realist either. There's just no such field in my Realist. I'm in Santa Clara county in California.

+Jean-Marc Verite - this is an old video, unfortunately. The reality is that both Matrix and Realist are constantly changing, while the video information is stagnant. My understanding is that Realist is no longer providing phone numbers to the MLS service(s). It worked great while they did provide them, however.

We no longer have it in the tax records either in Bergen County, NJ!!!

I'm in Bergen Cty , NJ...our Bd has removed all phone numbers from the tax records!!! Boo Hoo!
