Hi, thanks for commenting! I don't believe I added the subject property in the video. The properties included some sold homes and one active property in the subject neighborhood.
My realtor didn’t do a CMA for me as a buyer, I’m under contract currently and waiting for the appraisal. What liability does my realtor have if the appraisal doesn’t come in close to my offer ??
