I'm not sure who exactly founded martial arts or there story but the founder of the white crane kung fu also known as whooping crane she created it for self defense and watch the cranes movements to incorporate into forms it was a softer form made to use the opponents strengths against them her first student was her husband

As a Chinese martial artist you're pronunciation is annoying me. Other than that great job. Also it was a style called Silat that used in raid
