Cooking with Kenshin1913: Stuffed Breads

In this episode, my mom and I make three different kinds of Stuffed Bread.
Ingredients
Pepperoni Bread
1 lb of Bread/Pizza Dough
1/2 lb Pepperoni
3/4 cup Mozzarella
4-6 Slices of Provolone/Munster Cheese
Spinach Bread
1 lb of Bread/Pizza Dough
12 oz Spinach
1 T. Garlic
4 oz Black Olives (sliced)
1/4 cup pecorino romano Cheese
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Broccoli Bread
1 lb of Bread/Pizza Dough
12 oz Broccoli
2 T. Garlic
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cut of Mozzarella Cheese

Dude I made this (deviated a little) and it was delicious, kinda came out like a calzone though idk what I did wrong, or is that kind of expected? I did it stuffed with mozzarella cheese, spinach, and pepperoni. But was still amazing. Ate some while watching your Star Ocean LP while in a carb coma lol

I would say you pre-cook the sausage and the add it with some cheese.
