Hello @Morteza LotfollahiNo, this blank isn't hardened. It has only a hardness of about 33 HRC.
Why no coolant?
Some coatings actually get harder when they heat up and cut better. I have never seen anything cut like a Fraisa. Imco is close, but Fraisa is still the best.

No, this blank isn't hardened. It has only a hardness of about 33 HRC.
Why no coolant?
Some coatings actually get harder when they heat up and cut better. I have never seen anything cut like a Fraisa. Imco is close, but Fraisa is still the best.
