I'm a total.nervous wreck/over thinker when something goes wrong with my vehicle. I was so unsure, had no confidence in my self, but I had the bulb already and watched this video. I feel sooo happy it only took me a couple minutes. It was so easy! I know it sounds dumb. To experienced mechanics and such but, I felt Soo proud of myself!!! Thank you!!
Great video! took me 15 minutes to drive to Autozone, buy a bulb, and put it in. Saved me probably $40 dollars and 2 hours if I brought it to a mechanic.
Bro! It cost me $8 and took me 1:49 of my time to watch the video, and 4 minutes of my time to replace the back left blinker bulb and since I had 2 replacement bulbs and was at it, the back right blinker bulb in my 2011 Escape. Excellent how to video! A huge Thank You!
Thanks Bud! I didn't know which of the 2 bulbs was turn signal, your suggestion to turn on hazards showed me which one was working on the right and not working on the left! Great job!
Thanks man! I noticed the double speed blinking and it took me a while to figure out it was the bulb going out (only noticed when I hit the alarm button and it was the only light that didn't light up). Great tutorial - quick, simple, and no fluff. You're the MVP!
THANK YOU !! I went on line and there were 37 different (maybe not quite that many) explanations about how to fix this problem. YOUR explanation is SHORT, ACCURATE and makes it EASY!!
This was a super helpful video, nice and short and to the point! Showing the bulb number and package was super handy and saved me a ton of time in the auto shop.
Thank you so much. People who make helpful videos like this don’t get enough credit on TH-cam. Every time I have to change my turn signal I come here, so thanks for taking the time!
Perfect! I didn't realize how much I had to pull on the housing. These were very easy to follow directions. It was an original bulb. All other bulbs are ok, for now. Thank you!
Thanks for refreshing my memory on how to change this bulb! Had to do it a couple years ago but needed the reminder :) Clean, clear, simple instructions and video. You ROCK!
I have to watch this again because last time it was my left turn signal wasn't working. Now I have to replace the right turn signal. Thank you for this very helpful video. 👍
Wow I'm a 30 something yr old female and I was able to do this with no problem at all thanks to you❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉 so thankful I don't have to go sit through someone charging me for something so simple.
😃👍👍 Short, to the point, uses vocal words to explain process, and camera shows exactly the locations one might have questions about. (only complaint is that it becomes a vertical video at one point 😉)
Thank you for this video! My left turn signal and brake light stopped working, but the regular tail light still worked, so I guess it was just one of the filaments that was bad. But it works now :D
Thank you. Very helpful. But you should tell folks to squeeze the bulb around the grey casing to get it out. It looks easy when you do I with one hand but it took me awhile to figure it out.
Damn, I thought there was a reason my turn signal was blinking faster than normal on one side, but didn't bother to look up why. Got pulled over today for not having a turn signal on the left side. I remember years ago knowing why (probably because it was an issue then) but completely forgot it since. I'm hoping this is easier than trying to replace the windshield wipers, because talk about annoying. Also thanks for pointing out where the hazards are located, because I went crazy a day ago trying to locate it. Most of my cars have a really obvious button that's red and right there on the panel. Also, talk about annoying.

Coincidentally, it was rear the left/driver side i needed to replace. Thank you, James!
It’s the second time I’ve visited here to learn how to change the bulb in the past 3 years. Thanks for the video - it’s really helpful.
Videos like these where it gets straight to the point are hidden gems
Great video! took me 15 minutes to drive to Autozone, buy a bulb, and put it in. Saved me probably $40 dollars and 2 hours if I brought it to a mechanic.

It's water getting into it from the back glass. Try replacing the weather stripping.

Pro tip . Wear some type of glove as to not get the oils from your skin on the bulb . Helps it last longer! Peace
Perfect instructions thank you
This Grandma thanks you!!!
Worked for our 2008 model, but with the 08, it didn't have grommets, I believe.
