Using a timer is not essential. What I usually do is generate more heat first and reduce it as needed. Usually timers can be made if we know exactly how long it takes for the water to boild at the relevant temperature

my infrared is Richsonic, when temperature is set to 2000 with 10.minites, after 2 minutes, there an indication ES and goes off...what does it mean
