*Ride of the Valkyries* is one of the best pieces of music ever since I heard it's various versions as a theme song for veteran pro-wrestler, Bryan Danielson. The violin 🎻 brings out poetry in motion like the cello and piano 🎹.
For some reason these songs feel like the song in the trailer of the finally film of a high fantasy movie trilogy.
The music in Ride of The Valkyries is amazing. This is 150 years old and still holds its impact today. It makes me wonder how much amazing-sounding composition went through mankind before we could record it.
That is an interesting thought. I'm sure we have missed out on a lot of great music from the past because earlier composers and musicians weren't able to record their works, and if they did then the records weren't able to stand the test of time. A shame.

This is really amazing! Going to music school I was kinda taught to put these kind of pieces on a pedestal and to make them untouchable, but with these covers I can see they aren't untouchable and that it can actually be really fun to fool around with. I can tell you that I will be experementing with this now with my favorite classical music pieces!

I can picture a fantasy world, inspired by Victorian architecture and influenced by the steampunk genre, where an epic battle for the freedom of the people of the world will be fought between forces of light and dark. And as the righteous side who fights for their people is preparing to fight and is called to arms, they know that no matter which side emerges victorious, the world will never be the same as it once was.

This symphony by Toccata (Bach) twitches my senses, it totally associated it with death. To the obscurantism of the holy inquisition to burned witches, to dirty aberrations, to rottenness, to mystery and terror. It is very loud and listen to it alone and at night. I would not dare. 🙁😮🙁😮 but it's a big topic

The only thing that disappointed me is that Moonlight Sonata didn't go into the 3rd movement. That's much more "trailer" material, if we're being honest.
