The bald man looked up. He couldn't find the face who just spoke those words. It was lost somewhere above the clouds. Saitam spoke crunching his fingers. "Simple...." His fist thummed. Vibration all around. He was ready. But was the God!? "I told you. You can't win against me."
I mean, that is pretty much the sort of straightforward answer Saitama would actually give. He’s been through this whole song and dance so many times that he’s just bored of it. Even Boros, for all his “immeasurable” power, for all that he could have wiped out all life on the planet by himself, never actually had a prayer when fighting Saitama. That fight could have ended just as quickly as every other… but Saitama understood Boros like nobody else ever could. He understood how unfulfilling life is when nobody else can compare to you, and so he gave the invader a chance to go all out. To push past his limits. And then Saitama killed him. With one punch. And his last words to Boros, as he lay dying, were “You really are strong.” Words Boros recognized for the lie they were. The planet killer never stood a chance. One who calls himself a god, and decries Saitama as a “mere mortal” would never be given such a courtesy. He would simply be felled like all who came before.
What a powerful set of tracks! They bring to mind an all powerful hero, summoned by the collective cries of the innocent of a fantasy world, who lays waste to every villain in sight and reclaims the world for the good and innocent, the ones who are truly worthy of calling it home! Sublime job, Atom Music Audio!

It's not in the manga but that being he is fighting is "God" and has been teased a lot in the Manga. I'm sure he will be the final "big bad" but won't be for awhile. On that note there are some fan-made manga's with him fighting God that are really good.
