Hey Doron. Just want you to know that I got the Galanti back fine and it sounds fantastic! You did a great job with it. The fret work is perfect and the pickups sound very P90ish. There's a loudness and crispness that was not there before. I have always loved this guitar, the action and feel of it in my hands. Thanks, man. I'm playing it again as if its new!
I am so thrilled to hear that. Thank you for posting that comment. There's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to let me know. Have an awesome night.
Great to see Ya videos again Doron! I haven't seen any of ya videos in a while. It never dawned on me to subscribe to your channel before. I never used to subscribe to anybody's channel any way. Plus after laptop changes, account changes, many house moves and addiction it took all this time for one of ya videos to pop up. I've now subscribed to your channel. Great work mate!
Hey good sir. I have 1 of these my uncle left me after he passed on. He purchased this guitar while stationed in Italy. It was his favorite. I'm new to working on guitars but I have fixed the electronics. I do have a question my my low strings slightly hit the frets on strumming. The frets feel great to me but it has sit for at least 15 years. Is there an adjustment or is the neck warped a bit. The hight strings are fine. Thank you for this video. I want to get her running in his honor.
Great video! I have one that I use to have .10’s on but now the trus rod will not work unless .011’s are on the guitar. You mentioned that the trus rod is easy to change? Any suggestions? Thanks

truss rod replacement is a bit of an advanced repair job. I highly recommend letting a professional do it properly.
@@doronm63 I was able to get the adjustment in spec. Not sure why it wouldn’t last time. Thanks
Please add wiring schematics to your tone work, please Darren!!!!🌊❤️💜🙏
I have one of these, but the pickup selector switch is finicky at best. Any idea where I could get a replacement?
Those push button switches are very hard to find. All I can tell you is trying eBay or do a Google search. Good luck.
