The best 3D printer resin. I don't have money or time to figure out what is the best resin, but this guy does. I have now moved exclusively to Siraya Tech resins, and they are certainly the best I have used.

Fantastic Restoration Timo looks amazing well done 👍.
Thanks Adrian. Cheers
If I ever get hold of a real Miura I’ll let you detail that one to. 👍👏👏
That would be fun Marc. Cheers
Those new wheels over the old wheels are genius !
Thanks Ellesmere. It certainly makes these Super Kings a new type of toy for me to keep my eyes open for.
Superb restoration, its surprising what you can do with what was considered rubbish, now its a work of art .
That is an incredible amount of detailing.....and those wheels......😯❤❤❤
Thanks Matthew. I was surprised how well this one turned out.
A excellent resto mod.
Thanks David. Cheers
Also tip for the sticky paper , use a small amount of acetone or paint thinner to loosen the adhesive on the sticker and it will come off much easier
Thanks Ross. Good thing to try, especially when I want to save the finish underneath.
@@timosdinkydetailing absolutely, if you use paint thinner with a q tip it’s super effective at keeping paint in tact, unless the paint you’re using is single stage meaning you don’t have to spray a clear cote
Clearcoat*
However it may still give your paint a hazy effect so if that happens just take a small polisher and give it a compound or polish and that will go away
I have background in auto collision repair specifically on the paint side so that’s where I’m getting this information
I love the idea Timo to creat those almost like " socks" wheels , brilliant. Excellent details , fantastic finish, awesome
Thanks Lazi. I'm pleased with that idea for sure. I just thought it up when I realized that the axels wouldn't allow for an easy wheel change. It just popped into my head.
Great one the miura is a legend
The Miura is certainly one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
That's some fine work, Timo. I especially like the wheel treatment. I think I've got the same casting back in my catalogue of builds somewhere. It's an all time classic! Thumbs up from Switzerland.🍁☕
Thanks Andrew. I look forward to your Miura now. Cheers Timo
When you did the closeup of the car it fell as it I could get in, start the engine, and drive away!
Good restoration.
I have to commend you for painting the car yellow…..
A friend of mine who sadly passed away liked cars painted yellow. I think it was her favorite color, at least for sports cars. Red interior is cool also.
I hope you found another car stashed somewhere in your house…..
Glad it had that effect on you, but you would definitely be wise to put air cleaners on the engine first. :-)

Ah, I see, yes
The “engine cover” is called a clam shell
Thats a masterpiece, Timo, with a lovely little toy as a result. Those wheels were a masterstroke..... 👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻
Is that it for before Christmas, or will we be seeing you?
Thanks Jack. The wheel trick makes all these Super King toys a worthwhile effort.
I have another toy on the way, and I hope to have it before or around Christmas.
Cheers Timo
I dis one of these in a similar purple couple years back. This car is so cool. The yellow looks great one it
I like the purple too. Felt like yellow that day.
