We were pleasantly surprised by Gardens by the Bay! What places or experiences would you suggest for people visiting Singapore?

Floral Fantasy. It is so located at Garden By the Bay. And also Raffles Place’s Capita Spring (Sky Garden).
Try Kaya Toast with Soft Boiled Eggs! Classic Singaporean Breakfast. Rmb to ask the auntie on how to best eat it :P
At Dover MRT Station (EW22), nearby is the Singapore Polytechnic or walk along Ulu Pandan Park Connector towards Clementi Road where you may catch sight of the "nomadic smooth-coated otters", monitor lizards, herons, egrets, etc.
Try Har Par Villa, the lost attraction in Singapore. Be spooked!
GBTB and MBS are must visit destinations. Special and beautiful. So nice to see you guying enjoying the experience and sharing it.

Some suggestions for things to do and go to in Singapore:
1. Sentosa Island..decent beach vibes, various activities to do like the Luge, Cable car, bungee jumping(if ya'll are up for it)😉 Universal Studios is 50/50, though my biggest qualm is that half of your time there will be spent queuing for the rides, especially in this peak touristy period.
2. Stop at Kallang MRT station, and take a nice stroll(be warned, it is not a short walk but its gonna be chill and vibey) to either the National Stadium and Sports Hub, or towards the Flyer and Formula 1 area where there are some malls there like Marina Square and Suntec City.
3. If ya'll are feeling a little rustic, the shophouses along Keong Saik Road or Joo Chiat/Katong would be nice. Explore the little shops, stop for a drink, take photos, your call! Also, taking a walk or renting a bicycle at East Coast is a good idea!

What?? You guys did not stay for the light show at the Super Trees Grove?? That is one attraction, highlight that should not be missed. Its beautiful and inspirational!!

You've picked a great timing to go up the OCBC skyway, great sunset view! Also buttermilk chicken burger at our McDonald's is one of the best permanent item at our franchise~~ For places to visit, I would definitely recommend Little India next (if you haven't done so already) for a little taste of India....and Haji Lane/Arab street for a little stroll. I wouldn't recommend Sentosa if you are on a budget coz to fully enjoy it you have to spend quite a bit. Our National Museum is also a thing if you are into that. If you really have the time and can bear our local weather, an out-of-the-way day-trip to rustic "rural" Pulau Ubin for dirt-trek cycling is a popular thing too (though that may take a bit of planning and asking around). Or how about our very-own "hot spring" in Sembawang lol...

My favourite Macdonald's burger is also the Buttermilk Crispy Burger. I highly recommend people, who don't have that in their country, to try it when they are in Singapore.

Anddddd if you guys enjoy nature and hiking, there's Bukit Timah nature reserve and Sungei Buloh! You can explore the bike sharings/rentals in Singapore to explore Singapore while cycling around BUT if you don't like to sweat, do try visit Expo and Clark Quay as well! Enjoy your stay here cute couples ☺️!

If you like gardens and that kind of stuff, should visit the Singapore Botanic Gardens which is our only UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as the Singapore Zoo which is quite top notch globally as well.

Very nice vlog. Enjoyed it. The view from the OCBC Skyway with the sunset in the background.was really magical, beautiful. Btw if you want to have a day view from the top of one of the tallest building in Singapore thats like the MBS Skypark, go to CapitaSpring Sky Garden & Green Oasis in Raffles Place. Its open to the public from 2.30-6pm

Even if you are a bit bored, you have to take into account the close proximity we have to so many countries in the region that is a short hop away.

6:30, funny you mentioned the cooling in the domes and humidity outside, because the air in the domes are actually dehumidified and cooled through chilled water pipes in the ground. Some of the supertrees function as the exhaust for the network of cooling systems that cool the chilled water for the domes.

Visitors to Singapore should definitely eat!! That's the locals' favourite pastime - eating and queueing to eat so they mustn't miss all the great food at the various hawker centres!!

We ended up watching only part since we were running low on time & wanted to see MBS too. Next time we'll stay!
@@twobetween there is 2 show a night at GbtB and MBS... Usually people see one show at location A... Then take a slow walk to location B for the next show about 45mins to 1hrs later...
But... There is always next time 🤗

The shops and canals are not part of the subway station. They belong to the entire MBS complex, and serve as the luxury mall called “The Shoppes”.
Ahhh so that explains it. The station seemed connected to the mall, so we thought they were together. The MBS complex was pretty impressive!

We saw some of it and then watched the rest from MBS since we wanted to see the top before it got too late. We'll watch the whole show next time :)

안녕하세요! 호텔 옥상을 올라가는 엘리베이터가 별도로 있는데 'Sands Skypark'라고 따로 있어요. 마리나 베이 샌즈 입구 바로 옆에 에스컬레이터 타고 내려가면 전용 엘리베이터가 있어요. 즐거운 여행 되세요! ㅎㅎ
Tbh we don't say Marina Bay Sands but instead we say Mbs but hope u guys get use to all the Singlish

@@twobetween Estuarine Crocodiles are the largest reptiles in the world.. Try spotting "Tail less", a large croc which lost part of it's tail in a fight years back..

Marina bay, MBS, Gardens by the bay, Haji Lane, these are the typical touristy places tourist go to and the places we want you to see.
Try this, maybe ask your viewers for suggestions in the comment section on what to see in singapore. That would bring you off the beaten trail and away from these touristy places.
I’ll start:
Take a walk at the Punggol and Sengkang park area by walking along the PCNs(park connector networks) that brings you through nice parks at the northern east side of singapore, check out halus bridge and have a meal at Punggol East container park around late noon till evening.

Sadly, our week we spent in Singapore is over, but we'd love some ideas for next time we visit. We loved Singapore, so we'll definitely be back one day! Punggol and Sengkang park area sounds really nice
@@twobetween You can take the MRT to Punggol station and start brisk walking/jog at Punggol Waterway Park & take a pit stop at Maruhachi Donburi & Curry at Happy Valley coffee shop along the park; then proceed another 30min to Coney Island or Punggol Point Park by the sea, overlooking Malaysia. There's also options at Punggol Container Park for beer & dinner.
If u like to get dirty, try out hiking @ clementi forest.

Actually there are a few places in town that doesn’t cost a bomb to go up high. Try Capitaspring’s SkyGarden which is free, Sky garden at Skyville@Dawson or spend S$50 at ION Orchard and you get a to go up to the Sky lounge with free welcome drink
