Liebherr - Mobile and Crawler Cranes UpLoad 2/2024

We start our second edition of the Upload video magazine in 2024 in Norway with one of our LTM 1110-5.2 field test machines. Following we move to our crane test yard for mobile cranes in the "Simply explained" category (start 00:55). Here Joachim Henkel explains why the telescopic boom bends sideways due to temperature differences and what helpful measures can be taken to prevent this. Then, in the "Mobile and crawler cranes" category (start 03:44), we report on our LTM 1110-5.2, which is working as a field test machine in Norway at low temperatures and the challenges it faces. Finally, in the "My tip" category (start 08:49), Norbert Maier tells us what to bear in mind when replacing a diesel particulate filter.

Personalmente, cómo operador de grúas con más de 15 años de experiencia, pienso qué los ingenieros en algunos aspectos están perdiendo el rumbo, los grúas no son vehículos de lujo, porque sustituir cosas sobradamente probadas y qué funcionan perfectamente y fáciles de reparar en caso de avería por caros y sofisticados sistemas electrónicos.
Un ejemplo los mandos de la calefacción por pantallas táctiles que en poco tiempo se dejan de ver y funcionar.
