25:54 bulk inserters won't solve the problem. You got multiple, one-sided lane splits branching off the bus in addition to rows of inserters only taking from one side of the belt. You need to add side-balancers before the bottleneckjs in addition to the belt balancing you already got going on.
Even though this spaghetti works, you will want to re do the base after vulcanus, and if thisreaches before recording a lot inthe future, rocket silos now function asblue chests
