    I love his honesty, we need more of that. This is over 4 yrs ago before Weinstein, Spacey, and others were "revealed." We all know talented people, whether it is in comedy, singing, acting and never had a chance to make it, but if someone takes a liking to you that is powerful you got a real shot. How do you get someone to "like" you or what do you have to do to get noticed? So it seems like it is more luck than anything else.

    • @erichvonmolder9310
      @erichvonmolder9310 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess that depends on your point of view. How does Barack Obama become President of the USA? We live in a very racist country and he still becomes President? Not luck or was it part of the cosmic design? I'll choose both, but luck is easier and more comforting to understand.

    Damn, it's hard not to read into this. Is he saying, literally use people to get to where you want to be, and once you're slowly in that moment of upping a level, make sure you take advantage of the moment to thrust yourself up?

      Infinite ways to look at this wisdom he is sharing:
      Others will use You
      You will use Others
      Or

    No doubt Tacticus_...
    I've been in the business 35 years.
    The time I spent auditioning , half of the time people wanted sexual favors... The Casting Couch is REAL. Woe to those going in blindly.. Actresses, models, actors, comedians, musicians all fall prey to the quid pro qoe aspect of the business. Beware stardom seekers.

      I know it's been two years, but do you have any tips on how to avoid the casting couch but still succeed?
