Windows 10 VM use PXE Boot client mechanism to find the Installation Image of Windows 10 form WDS server. On WDS server there is one shared folder, the installation images are stored there. Using TFTP protocol client download the image and use it for installation purpose. DHCP server gives all the information to PXE client about boot.wim and install.wim file.
If client fetch from shared folder then client machine should be in same network while PXE boot process ? Can you make one detail video on this ? And if user at home is it possible to deploy window 10 ?

you need to download extension pack for virtual box from their website otherwise pxe boot won't work. learned it hard way in june 2020.
