A friend with two teens, and a husband with 3 children from a previous marriage found out about a teenage mom who had just had triplets. The father of the children was married and refused to have anything to do with her or the babies. Her father, a very righteous minister, who called her a whore in front of his church, and said her children were evil and he banished both her and her children from his home and church. She found out about the girl and the two girls and boy. She was horrified that people wanted to pick and choose between them to adopt. No one came forward to adopt all three of them. Somehow she and her family decided it was their Christian duty to keep the triplets together, and they wanted to keep the mother involved with them as long as she wanted. After 2 years the mom brought all the baby items and told the adoptive parents she had a new life and didn’t want confuse the children. My friend brought the triplets to work with her, first in little rocker seats, later they had a toy area and lastly a little table and chairs. We, her customers, saw them grow and thrive. It was amazing how each child was so different and skilled and interested in very diverse areas. My friend moved after the triplets graduated high school. The son became a physical therapist, one daughter became an expert in automobile painting, and the third went to college for sports, specifically cheerleading. People who take chances on adoption sometimes have the very best lives, because the children bring so much joy to them.
@ thanks, somehow people like my friend and her husband, her teens who helped raise the triplets, and the church and community that made the special needs premature children have, made up the village they needed to successfully raise the triplets. The birth mother could come back into their lives one day, and she would be proud of her decision to let someone else raise them, affirming her decision to give them up for adoption.
This tale of a poor nurse who adopted two babies is a testament to the power of love and selflessness. But as the truth unfolds years later, it reminds us how life can take unexpected, emotional turns. 💔💖 Let us know your thoughts in the comments-how did this story touch your heart? no caesarian. sadism.
Completely agree-forcing such situations without a C-section feels cruel. This is heartbreaking to think about."
Very uplifting indeed 😅
