So after watching the video labeled part 2, I had to look for the video about first set. This is also a very nice set! It's funny that you mention the Sesame Street set here as the set in part 2 made me think of that set too. I do like the outside of this building less than the part two buildings, but the inside is done really well. I guess they should have made the part two buildings a little bigger. Or would that have look wrong in terms of scale? Would be nice to see the sets of part one and two together, if that's still possible.
Bigger is always better, unfortunately this set was really hard to move around the office so I took it down before realizing they even made a part 2...so I can't compare unless I rebuild. For now I'll hang on to the part 2 and see if they ever do a part 3...I'll give them one more year lol.

How is the Clutch power on these brick brands? Ive been a Lego purist for a long time now, but i feel the need to let go of that, and that would be the biggest issue for me.
There's so many brands these days I can't keep up. TBH it varies depending on brand. For the most part I can't even tell the diff, but I can tell when it comes to Lego. OG lego is still the best when it comes to touch, clutch power etc. I personally love them and will always get their sets, although I am dreading the cost of picking up the new coaster, atari, lighthouse, potter train, and more....damn thats going to make a dent in my wallet. It is really cool to see 3rd party brands come out with unique ideas though. Some brands clutch are super tight, others are pretty ok, specifically the one here from Wekki is perfectly fine imo. I think the best thing to do is pick a theme and a set you want to try and get one? You'll know right away if it's good or not and if not good just pass it to somebody else lol. I also believe a lot it is in the design. Most brands brave out and do new techniques you'd normally wouldn't see or have the balls to do it where it can fail. In some cases I've seen perfectly fine clutch bricks but fall apart due to the design work but in the past year or so they are getting super good. Don't know if that helps you or not.

Hard to say. For sure Loz won't fit Lego size city unless it's part of a foreground or background, they are much smaller in scale. Panlos is the same but they don't make modulars or in the past have only been the Chinese theme buildings. Oh they do have some massive ones like the Dr strange Sanctum or the Arkham asylum which are amazing but rather big. Those could work. Wekki, fits just fine but again, the bigger building sets from them are more asian style like this 8090's house. They do have smaller stalls set which are cute to scatter around the city.

Usually I can tell when a customer is starting to get spicy and I just cancel the order. Most of the time once I cancel the order they come back apologizing cause you can’t get what I sell anywhere else. It’s funny how the tables turn quickly when i proactively cancel the order… I don’t put up with the mouthy ones. 😆
Ida does the same, she'll be like hell no and cancel immediately if something fishy is up lol. We also get the ones that eventually come back...when they realzied they either got the wrong set from elsewhere or the cost almost ended up the same lol.

How would u rank brands like wekki and panlos and loz mini side by side rtogether if to build a modular city together with lego?
