First to all stop watching videos of you tubers who are creating fear to gain views and sell courses. AI is new domain and for that also people are required. AI is not something on its own it also needs training, development and maintenance. Jobs will transition to that field, Today due to fear created by AI all companies are misusing it to their own advantage. If CEO of companies are not clear on future how come some 2-4 year exp You-tubers have so much clear on future. Beware of You-tubers who wants to first create fear and then sell courses.
youtubers like ezsnippets are running their videos on buzzwords only.

Ai don’t generate code now it directly create machine binaries now. Ex. Dolly directly create image from prompt. Apps will be directly created as executable file instead of from codebase. In age of micro services, Ai can develop and modify micro services as prompted. Coding no longer would be human job and need not to be supervised by coder.

reason is mostly IT jobs are in big cities and rent, real estate, school fees other services is very high in big cities. Just compare rent, school fees you will get an idea.

Aise m demotivation aata hai jo freshers hai, career ko shuru toh kro, mehnat krna chalu toh kro, or fir dekho ek n ek din aapke mehnat k according aap ache paise kamaoge or family ko support kr paoge.
Or nhi bhi pahunch paye 20lpa koi baat nhi bas ye dekho ki kal aap kahe the or mehnat se kya achieve kr saka hai aapne fir dekhna Mann ko kitni Khushi milegi.

Bilkul right bhai because Mostly manufacturing se related hai core apart from civil & mostly patents US Europe russia china sk japan ke pas hi hai. Yha tho ITI valo se kam chal rha hai sirf 100 ITI pe ek IIT chal jayga esa ratio hai yha because economic activities bahut kam. Import depend hai ya phr sophistication nhi hai chize so highly valuable chahiye hota so buyer(Govt/pvt) sochega import hi kara lu, govt intiative nhi leti ki uski mkt banu yha. Ab ships india mae bante hi nhi Korea mkt leader hai Navel engineer yha kya karega padke bhi

par ye fact jarur hai ki aaj nhi toh kal aane waale 5 saalo mai jobs kam jaroor hongi devin aa gya hai, ye aadmi tumhe juthi asha de raha hai ki sab achcha hoga , reality badal chukihai keval pichle 2 saalo mai kitna kuch badal gya, AI tumhari jobs khayega or ye hokar rahega buss ab sawal ye hai ki kb 2 saal baad 5saal baad ya 0 saal baad
AI jobs change karega. Khayega nahi. Aur baat rahi Devin ki to uske baare me search karo jara kitne kaam ka hai.
This is just like Textile manufacturing in 40s-50s in India. People were afraid automation would take away their jobs. Instead it increased productivity, scale and production. Similar to that even if AI like Devin exists, first no company would agree to share its data with any AI which is not an enterprise product. Secondly, even if product like Devin is adopted in the future, it will be just like an assistant. Someone with expertise would still need to supervise and augment the code based on Business requirement.

@@ManoharBatra You suggested 25 LPA in Tier 2 > 50 LPA in Bnglr . Sorry i dont agree .Always dream bigger and never compromise atleast till 40 if grwoth is stuck . Even with all expense you will save 18-20 LPA in Bnglr if you are making 50 .
