I know about that screw It is an additional air pipe or vent through which extra air is passed into the air-fuel mixture before entering in the engine head to get better milage To tune that screw you should first tune the carburetor closing that completely and after that you have to open the screw gently until you see noticeable increase in rpm and after that you can reduce the idle rpm through the rpm screw if you want
Ok brother it is informative but the upper side there is one small hole for air problem is where it linked with small size pipe, my mechanic closed it, i hope u understand it, if u know please revert.
