- Lets go on the Best Tour of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. I recently was chosen to be on Hot Ones Caribbean, which featured my hot sauce! I'm exploring some of the best the USVI has to offer, specifically in St. Croix - from delicious Cruzan Food, tropical white sand beaches, and a spicy surprise on Hot Ones Caribbean, we are doing it all. The beach in St. Croix is so beautiful, like a paradise on earth, I hope I can go there for vacation one day!
Those fried chicken look delicious, but I’m not sure about the chili sauce. You are so brave to eat it, I hope your stomach is still fine!
The local breakfast is really rich, I started to feel hungry when I saw it. That Johnny cake attracted me very much!

No worries! I'm a professional eater so I genuinely try to take every safety precaution that I can! I really appreciate the concern though. I never would do something I was worried for my health, I have two daughters and they are my number 1, even above myself! I'd never risk that.

David. I’ve been to St Croix 4x. Have friends there. Loving this Vlog. Your face when you realized she had curry conch. 😊. And yes. It’s curry goat😂. Almost glad I’m not proficient in making Roti or Puri. Would make it all the time. At least once a month. I make white rice or rice n peas with my curry. Love Cruzan rum regular and flavored 🙌🏼. You better than me. I can’t have all that curry gravy/sauce running down my hands as it stains but glad you are enjoying. Always amazed me it stains my fingertips, plastic containers so only use glass ; but no staining to my teeth. Ok David. Have a great weekend. You’re about to taste the 10 hot sauces at Hot Ones.
I lived on St Thomas from 99 to 14 and loved it. Some of the best times in the VI I ever had in my life. I have been to all the islands many times. I miss it so much.
Such a lovely lady, her husband and kitchen guy as well at Diane's Roti Master. And i loved you wearing that Indonesian 'Batik' shirt.. 👍
So excited to go home next week. I love St. Croix so much!! I grew up there from 2-18 then left for college. Many of these places weren’t on the island when I left. Plus I lived in C’sted and rarely went to F’sted except for the Village. It’s great going home now and discovering new places. I’m a Trini from birth and heritage so the Roti Master is one of my first stops! ❤ This video was wonderful to showcase the beautiful culture!
Ms. Diane is bomb! She is so humble, but her food boasts! Only place to get roti along with steam fish & cassava when you’re home. She also makes great pates’ - my fav is saltfish! So excited that home and her people are being recognized and advertised!

Great episode. I'm Jamaican and my wife is from St. Croix. I feel at home there just like Jamaica. As the gentleman said early in episode St Croix is a good mix of all the Virgin islands combined

Amazing video! Just learning about you and your hot sauce journey is amazing! The pigs were impressive Drinking the beer however, did they eat the can as well? That is just crazy if that's what pigs do !......😂
they spit out the can surprisingly, they are able to just drink the beer and spit out the can unscathed! They were amazing and its a non alcoholic beer too so its ok for them to drink from my understanding, though I'm not an expert. I am so glad to have you along for the hot sauce journey too!

H E L L OOO sweetie! LOL! This is what I learned about the term Limey. Okay here goes. Well the Spaniards always had lemons that were like canned preserved. Now lemons were expensive back then, possibly all citrus fruit. Now the English refused to pay for the price of lemons, so they purchased limes instead because they were cheaper. Well the sailors knew about this and started to call them Limeys. Since then it has stuck with the English sailors since. Also, there is a song that the Spanish sailors used to sing when they were out to sea. The song was heard by I think an American or English speaking man. The song is called Oh My Darling Clementine. That was a song to the women left behind. I was amazed. Just a little history. Have a great time. Love your show.

I dont care who caom under my comment and bused me. buI dont like to see unsanitary situation when handling food. And that why I don't eat out. I watch because I want to see the people their culture and what they eat. David next time you should ensure when taking videos and in these situation not shown.
