When the cars get that tightly packed together, there is no avoiding the big wrecks. One guys pushing another, who is pushing another who runs into another who loses it. There's just nothing they can do. I know people like the drafting races, but I've been watching it for so long that I'm over it and wish they'd find a way to make it more like it was in the late 70s. Make it more like the final race at MIS with the Gen 6 car where they'd break away in small groups wiith the better handling cars making their way towards the front. There would still be drafting, but there'd also be "sling shots" and cars could pass on their own. The pack racing would be at the beginning of runs, then they'd spread out. I know I'm probably in the minority, I just think this style is more eye candy than it is functional. I'm interested to see what happens to Atlanta as it ages and starts to wear the tires more. I'm hopeful that the small group break aways might start happening within a couple more years, but we'll see.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr gets his 4th career win in the Cup series This is Stenhouse's 2nd win at the Talladega Superspeedway in the Cup series This is the 27th time the #47 has won in the Cup series Chris Buescher got his 8th career stage win in the Cup series by winning stage one Austin Cindric got his 6th career stage win in the Cup series by winning stage two
28 drivers were involved in that wreck. Breaking the record previously held by Talladega 2012.
What kind of multitasking reaction is this ☠️
One screen has NASCAR, the other is a quad box for NFL, and I had the Phillies on my TV.
I just wanna shout out to the Photo Finish Camera, that HiSpeed replay was buttery smooth.
That race was wild af 3/4 wide for several laps was insane and that big one gave me Talladega Nights vibes
Yea bc of fuel saving
@@acerosstine49 bro you just witnessed four wide for 20 laps in a row yet you still find a way to complain like just stop watching at that point
Same
@@southeastmotorsport i enjoyed 4 wide that was it but I was saying it mainly was from fuel saving
@@acerosstine49 ....so? It was still 4 wide racing regardless of the reason.... 🤦
Keselowski said "Get through that McQueen", and just like Chick, he finished second 😂

“I’m calling both games!”
"And that is a Deep Drive into Left Center Field by Castellanos"
You guys are busy, baseball, football and racing.
