Are we in 2004 or 2018? This race had it all. NASCAR, please add more short tracks. For your own good. Some notable things happened. Bayne and Buescher were having the races of their lives and KB not only overcame 2 laps but made it all the way into 3rd. Incredible race. It was definetly Bristol, baby!
Have to agree. He might be a hot head sometimes but it was nice to see him accept that it was his mistake, can def tell it was an accident. Just a normal bristol mistake, happens all the time, espescially when you race hard.
Make them race on a 400 meter running track. There'd have to be some kind of qualifying eliminations though, you could probably only fit like 10 cars on it.
Michigan and Fontana are 2.00 mile courses, and (I'm guessing) Iowa would be another good short track. What NASCAR should REALLY do, is bring back some of the older tracks, such as North Wilkesboro and Rockingham.
XtraVanze X7 the fuck are you talking about douche bag? We had fucking sanoma the track that dumbass four year old got first first cheat win at and California speedway is 2. You moron
I think Kyle Busch is invaluable to NASCAR because he seems to be the only driver who has a discernible, albeit petulant, personality. Most of those guys have the on-screen demeanor of a damp cardboard box.
Feels weird starting the race so early? I can see that, considering this became only the 3rd 6:00-ET-hour start time this season for the Cup Series (6:30 ET in the spring race at Richmond, 6:00 next week at Darlington).
"We were there, the #48 just comes up, (expletive) move!!" Chris Buescher he's driving as aggressive as can to get to the front .. he can do that whenever he wants to, so stop say that Jimmie can't do that!!!!
I admire Kyle's guts; but how many pieces is a guy allowed to lose in wrecks before they'll call him off the track? Especially given how many cars are crowding the track in a place like this. I don't have to tell you where those lost pieces end up: in other people's undercarriages. Kyle shouldn't get a pass for that; as his parts are no different than anyone else's for the damage they can do.
Odin LP He lost more than that, and was probably shedding bits all over the track with that body flopping around. Did you see the quarter-panel over the fuel port? I'm sure everybody was picking pieces of 18 out of their cars after. I'm not buying it, man. He should've been black-flagged after hitting Truex, at least. Just on account of the condition of his car. He could've afforded it, points-wise; and he was a hazard to everyone else that day.
Hilarious when people try to pass it off as an advantage. He went 2 laps down and came back. Followed the same rules as everyone else. Respect greatness. You’re witnessing history.
Privacy Please- Ain't about "greatness". He's also subject to the same rules of physics as everyone else. If he'd taken a really hard hit, he would've BEEN history. Or shed another part or two and made "history" out of someone else. Is your "greatness" worth that?

It’s not often you hear Kyle Busch sound like he’s sorry for wrecking someone

As much as I dislike Kyle Busch I gotta clap the fact he acknowledged his mistake against Truex Jr. Bravo!
It's just a typical Bristol bump. 75% of the wrecks there are never intentional.
It wasn't a mistake

NASCAR is great. I hope it doesn't die
Now it will this season.
Kurt Busch is my favorite NASCAR driver of all time

Trevor Bayne is a one hit wonder. It doesn't matter.
