We are not done before winter. I'll try again. 90 days until possible frost. We planted last week and everything has sprouted. New video in a few days to all of us monitor what we can grow before winter in zone 7a Tennessee USA.
I just came back in. I'm inspired to try more cucumbers. We have 90 days of good weather till frost from my experience. I'm headed out there to plant now. All my squash and beans came up.

You come across my feed due to your shorts. I do not make shorts. I click on shorts to see what people are upto. Its all a game of hit and miss. Our channel would do better with shorts but... i'm clueless about them and its not my style. 😁 ( edited ) so to keep your channel Hot and going make more shorts as you are. Plus you post way more than I do. I'm once a week or two. I can only show the same plant X amount of times. Anything I teach is repetitive and covered on other video's most have missed that teach off grid survival and way of life. All good we just do what we can.
It's so sad i couldn't share some of my water with you. We had record breaking rainfall. flowers did better then veg this year. tomatoes are starting to ripen up so that's good, cucumbers have been ok. peppers ok....zinnias and sunflowers were amazing.
We only got 1/4 of what we planted. The drought was really bad here. Hand watering could not keep up. The soil below would suck the pots dry in a few hours of sitting in the sun with 100F + days for weeks on end. At those temps everything just shut down and sizzled.
I'm in 9b where I am and my whole summer crop was destroyed by the relentless heat waves we had this year- I'm going to try the 1st time for a fall garden- i hope this works☺
Just treat this like spring. Your a bit warmer than us. Summer varieties should do well as well as some cooler weather crops as your winter months aren't so bad. we have about 80 days and you have 95 to 110. Plenty of time if you start this week... like seed start NOW!
We built a storage shed! I'm mailing you glasses Rev! Oh like a food storage? I'm buying a chest freeze later on... Just need to run power lines out to that shed.
Nice nitrogen boost for the compost Dude, I'm exactly the same way, but I'm learning to live with unfinished projects everywhere, they never end Nice job with the shed! Great friends I like that framing style Yeah beans! You didn't harvest them while there fresh? Or are you saving for seeds? Cute melon Nice delicata! Hornworms 🤬 Ewwww how are you holding that thing Nooooooo! That's one that really needs to die Any way to treat flea beetles naturally? Only my small tomatoes are coming in now That looks like a Brandywine (the potato leafed one)
My summer garden was ok..i ate good but nothing to really store for winter and ill likely have snow/frost in next couple weeks so kinda a bummer..last summer i had 5 candy roasters and tons stuff canned and frozen... So i will live through you..get that roaster!
@@TheWickerShireProject I need put my garlic in soon...dont have greenhouse...be awesome to have but here it has to be super strong and heated..so I just do inside 😁
@@mikeschaoticgardening Oh yeah... inner Chaos... I forgot you do that that stuff all winter long. Once we finish this tiny home out in 2 years i'll have the backyard cleaned up and plastic row covered hoop houses. Why the hell we are both still up? HA!
It's so good you see you friend 🤗
Summer flew by
Cheering the candy roasters on 🎉🎉
New video covering the fall sprouting soon. Boring but, we're excited for the promise of growth with the cooler weather.
Good

The Beans : We were given 5. I Turn 5 into 200 so I'm now in the seed saving side via propagation.

I know your grow season is brutally short. Set in your garlic cloves, carrots, if you have a greenhouse potatoes, swiss chard and leaf brassicas
