You now understand why this album is so important in the history of heavy metal and can feel when it elevated Metallica (and thrash) to another level. By the time of ...And Justice For All and their breakout performance of One at the Grammy awards they were off to superstardom, but these early years they truly were a force of nature. On a side note, I gotta say props to you first opening your mind and enjoying your music journey through ALL genres. Jackson, Eminem, Metallica, Travis Scott, Linkin Park. Damage Inc is my all time favourite MetallicA song. Perfect album. Along with Cypress Hill Temples of Boom, Corrosion of Conformity Wiseblood and AC⚡DC Powerage. All flawless albums. 🤟✌

Classic song from the Greatest Metal album ever. I believe "Disposable Heroes" is the greatest Metal song ever recorded. Followed by "Master of Puppets" and then "Holy Wars" by Megadeth. Also, Kid you haven't lived until you see Metallica perform "Damage Inc." live. It and "Aenima" by Tool are the most incredible songs to see live.
After "And Justice For All" you should open your mind, really open. Don't expect the same rifs, solos, intensity, etc, this last three albums have. I'm sure you'll enjoy this different Metallicas era. But don't forget the first album, "Kill'em All" form 1983.
Master of Puppets one of the few albums I can listen to - in order - any time, again and again, And Justice for All is another one. Same for Gojira's Way of All Flesh.
You like guitar solo's? Now its time to react to the first album, Kill em All. And the second album Ride the Lightning. There are many more songs as fast as Damage Inc.
I'm going on 48 years old and I've been a Metallica fan since I was a teenager. Seen them live twice. There's a reason that they are the longest surviving and still recording metal band in history. However, you should check out Godsmack. They've been around for a while and opened for Metallica back in the 2000's. I love your reactions and I love to see young people appreciate an old metal band for the greatness that they are.
Damage Inc is incredible! I was lucky enough to see them play it live two years ago and it was amazing. Maybe you could check out one of their recent live performances of it. The guys have aged like fine wine. Glad you're enjoying your Metallica journey so much my friend🤘
Just recently subscribed. "Metal"... Many types of "Metal" exist. But like there is only one God, there is only one band that are "The Gods of Metal"... Black Sabbath. Rock on 🤘🤘
I absolutely love when the solo kinda "changes gears" so to speak and the main riff comes back in underneath while Kirk's going grazy on the wah pedal. You can hear Lars must feel the adrenaline pumping because he speeds up slightly during that section which really adds to it I think. Honestly the whole energy of the song after the solo has never really been replicated by metallica since.
As you are an Englishman, you should most definitely listen to these blokes from Watford, Hertfordshire… SikTh! I would start with “Bland Street Bloom” or the face-melting “Flogging the Horses”. React to one of these, please.
Disposable Heros and Damage Inc are easily in the top 10 Metallica songs of all time, IMO. Check out some Exodus, Kirk Hammett's band before Metallica. Bonded by Blood is one of the best Thrash metal albums ever.

This song is a musical master piece.
Man you have become my favorite youtuber. You seem like a genuine person ans i love watching you experience new music especially the mighty Metallica
Thank you very much! I appreciate that!
OMFG!!! I LOVE your new collection!!! Edit: "L.A. Speed Metal" was Metallicas "invention". In fact I guess Rolling Stones or so came up with the term.
First Metallica song I ever heard. Mind Blown
Thatz it. I love how u totally be urself and react in a way that realize the art put in that vinyl shit. So cool man. Btw, Im really looking forward for ur KEA and AJFA(I feel like you’ll go crazy wth this one) reactions. Cheers!
You'll know just where we come from.
One of their best IMO
It's the GREATEST heavy metal album of all time, ever, for a reason 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Next, you should check out "The Black Album, and And Justice For All." I guarantee you will have those on your wall as well! Also the "Vulgar Display Of Power." Album by the greatest metal band in history.... "Pantera"
Kerry King from Slayer once said that Damage Inc. Is his favorite Metallica song.
