Keisuke was beyond me for this tournament especially using Kazuya Mishima for that fact, and putted out very well! The drops were indeed the downfall for the reset, eventually learn from the lessons would love to see him back in a top 8 at TWT.
Honestly, I did come down to skill and execution. He would have definitely won if he didn’t drop.
Keisuke is actually so crracked it’s really entertaining to watch.. he’s even jovial when he gets a win; I really root for him when he plays

People are blaming it on a dropped combo. Its not as simple as that. He was off axis and needed a dash. He made a minor mistake. He got another chance but Atif capitalized on it. Thats the hallmark of a previous TWT finals world champion. He turned a losing match into a winning set just with minor mistake. Its not like he spammed Dragunov to the win like the previous meta where top tiers like feng lilly Reina Dragunov could do that and reach top 8. He won by playing oki mix up spacing and combos i.e Tekken fundamentals.
What does “Spammed dragunov” mean?

Atiff came back and won the tournament from 25% health with a two round lag but no one bats an eye.
Keisuke dropped one combo due to a missed Mishima wavedash typical of Mishimas since Tekken 5 and the comments section along with commentary loses their minds.
Anyways Keisuke didn't "drop" Atif "won"

Those who are still trying to make a name for themselves, its straight up bias towards them mostly in USA, you can check literally any tournament.

You have got no idea about Pakistani movement techniques. 😅 everyone thinks while watching on screen that it's very easy but the story is totally different when you actually play with them ..
@@Shifu_Ali movement had nothing to do with the difficulty in execution between the two characters. Kazuya combos are much harder to pull off, it to mention the high drop likelihood. The dropped combos cost the better player the tournament and Namco should be paying attention

I'm a Pakistani and I've never been this happy for an e-sport win. Especially seeing Majin, the commentators, crowd, chat, TH-cam comments being in favor of the Japanese player. (I'm sure everyone respects Pakistani players but I also know who most be rooting for). I'm super happy.

Do you know how difficult it is to do what Keisuke was doing with Kazuya? The level of execution required from Kazuya vs what is required from Dragunov is high. That's why you see so many Dragunovs in tournaments at the highest level and so few Kazuyas.
Every dropped combo was due to df1df2 inconsistency except for the df321 at the wall.

To everyone saying he dropped the important combo at the end. df1 is notorious for whiffing when you need it most, and before the patch it was even worse.
Edit: as people have said keisuke was off axis and should of chosen a different combo route.
Patch made it so there are more consistent + more damaging combo routes for kaz. 100% his fault. I think his nerves got to him
