not sure why everyone is surprised, this isn't the first time he's made it into a final and beat out a crazy field. He went up against Atif in that one tournament and I know Knee was in it also. Jon is easily top 5 player in the world and his confidence and handling pressure is getting better and better. Also now you have a team of Pakistani players that come to the tournament with you. This was an advantage the Koreans had with so many being elite, but now the pakistanis have the same and this helps moral. I'm still waiting a day when you have majority of pakistani players in top 10. right now you still have more Koreans their but I still believe Pakistani players will out number every other race, they will dominate the highest level. This will motivate even more Pakistanis to enter and you'll find God level players like Atif, Arslan, Hafiz, Jon. give it another year and you'll see
Pakistanis winning tournaments immensely help the local scene but their own country is fking their own citizens up. A lot of Pakistanis want to enter but visa issues are prevalent because Pakistan's visa power is weak. These players can't do that on their own, their government also needs to help.
I respect the hell outta The Jon trying to go for doing those grabs you do on people flat on ground or when they're crouching, people always forget to break those or just miss the timing.
As a Pakistani, i feel so proud listening to appreciation from tekken pros about the Pakistani talent. Very encouraging. Hope to have more players get visas and continue the dominance.
King’s Heat Smash I’d say is 2nd to Jin’s. The combo damage Jin gets from his when it wall splats or wall breaks is insane- and it will do both from halfway across the stage! 😂 Also, I hope Marduk doesn’t arrive for a long while because The Jon’s King is so good to watch

The Jon's King is very reminiscent of T6 style where King's grab pressure was to be feared. Very T-Virus-esque style of King using all of the tools available. A scary 50-50 monster if you start dancing to his tunes of not knowing which grab to break

Poltan isn’t considered the best King player in Korea at all. Since the inception of Tekken 8, he may have been the most frequently TWT participating King player from Korea, but the best King? That’s not what Korean Tekken pros and fans would say about him.
