I am currently in hvac school with about 5 weeks until graduation and I love seeing tool bag/loadout videos. My instructor told us about veto and browsing their products is a bit overwhelming haha, they just got so many options!!
Thank you I appreciate that. Hopefully some viewers will get a good idea of the differences and help them decide. Especially since these bags are not cheap.
1 massive issue im having is the shoulder strap! When placing the bag down the strap would always fall underneath the bag. It only needed a clip to keep the shoulder strap clicked to the handle. Very annoying 😒
Tony- great video! Thinking of ordering a bag, let me ask - day to day wear and so on - would you recommend the regular color scheme or black out? Don’t care about he vswap - more concerned with durability and appearance. Thanks in advance for your reply…..willing to hear others thoughts on this also.
They both have pros and cons. Both very very durable bags. I like the originals flaps being more flexible and easy to work around. But even though the blackout has stiffer flaps due to the inside of the flap having pockets, they are extremely handy to hold more tools and accessories besides that if the swap panels aren't a big deal both are equally as durable.
Hello again Tony Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I agree with those comments about the Fair and Balance Review on this Bag. It's still not for my use, Yet! Again thank you 😊
How does quick tool access compare between the original and the v2? Does the flap for the v2 naturally drop down further than the v1 where it seems like it’s more in the way unless you spend the time to button it down?

Hahaha I know what you mean!! They have alot to offer. It can definitely be overwhelming. Congrats and best of luck with the rest of school 👍
@TonyTheTechnician Thank you sir!
@@cilopez155 Hope he told you about the trade school program! Which bag did you get?
I'm glad they sent this to you. You've done a thorough fair comparison. Thanks

I just purchased the original and i think i would go for the blackout if i could do it again just for the extra flap pockets. Oh well live and learn!
Ya those are definitely a nice addition. Glad they decided to use that space.
Either or..both great. The problem isn't the tool bag its what your fixing...
Very true
Best side by side comparison on TH-cam

Ya I can understand that. I have a few bags that do that and ya it's annoying
i wish they made a version for the automotive crowd.
Agreed
Just curious, what would you need different for automotive? Can you not find the panels you need for your kit?
Really cool bag, been looking at these for a while just never wanted to sink the money in. Maybe someday lol. Keep up the great work man
Haha ya it took me awhile to decide which one I wanted and then more time to spend the money on it lol

Man i wanted the black out model but it wasn't available during the spring promo so i just pickup the original. Still love the bag though.
Ya it's still an amazing bag

Thank you!! I really appreciate that. And ya definitely not for everyone. 👍
Did I miss the video on the lawnmower repair??
Lol didn't have a video on it. I should have though

Such a beautiful & informative review. Thank you 🙏 so much. New Subscriber here.
Thank you
I subscribed because you used the term willy-nilly.
Hahaha 👍 it's a scientifically accurate term 🤣

It really depends on if you keep any tools in the inside and outside pockets of the flap. The more weight the more it stays down.
Makes sense. Do you find the original easy to access tools or does the flap get in the way a bit without anything weighing it down?@@TonyTheTechnician
@danc731 at first the flap can be kind of annoying but after you open and fold it a few times it starts to stay out of the way.
Bonus Points for "willy nilly" 😂
Hahaha 🤣👍
I commented so I can be in the running for the GIVEAWAY, another great video 👍
