I've had an awful lot of veto bags...21 and counting. I believe they have finally hit on the perfect bag for me with this one. I'm just waiting for it to arrive now, thanks for the video!
Cool , glad you are happy with it ! I too try to keep toolbag loadouts to a minimum , really Gnarly stuff is banished to a rolling Diving gear bag , a Veto PT LC !
@OffTxueFishing all panels in all pockets are removable. The included panels are shown in the video. I didn't purchase anything additional. I have seen different style panels on Veto's website. Its a versatile bag that you can customize your way. I like what was included and will probably leave it be. Maybe remove one 2..maybe not. Sunday im gonna load it out....great excuse to clean up the work truck too.
I like your set! They only fall back on the veto tools bags is the heavy bags I’ve had serval different styles just never work out because of the weight.
You could choose to put most of the weight forward on the MC. The main reason I would consider this one are the pouches on the side, grate for my bit cases, meter, other random cases. That said, I'm trying to really downsize my tools and I will probably go MC. I do NOT like the hassle with the metal clip. I actually prefer the thinner straps on the MB5B. If they made the MB5B with removable side pouches in blackout, that would be an instant buy for me.
Hey mate I actually got it from the dollar store. The are a multi tier screw container. If you have a 3d printer there is a file available online where you can print your own
if you are not using the tool panels from the side meter pouches you can lose 1 tall pocket inside main compartment and gain a bunch of driver/misc. pockets
2 questions. How does the tool check plus mount in top of the MB5B, is it secure? Also, the vertical tool pockets on the removable rear wall, are they full depth allowing screwdrivers to fit securely? Thanks
Hey mate, some metal trim that I cut so the tool check could hook on to. Mind you the tool check I have got is the version one that had the clip. I am currently using the veto “ledge” that the mb5b “tester” layout comes with and it fits there great. The tool panel inside the bag can fit full size screw drivers in there securely. Hope that helps!
Are the side pockets on the MB5B slightly deeper than on the TP-XXL? I also run 376FC but find it hard to leave the leads on. Do the vswap side pockets fit inside the main compartment of the bag instead of the side pouches?
Hey mate I’m not sure i ended up selling my TPXXL. I do have my leads connected when I pack it away in the Side pockets and it fits with a little room to spare so I don’t think you’ll have an issue. Yep the vswap can be used inside main compartment as well on the side slim pockets. Hope that helps
Any chance you could let us know the dimensions of the meter bag panel inserts? I think I’d like to buy some to put into an MB or MB2. Reckon they’d fit?
I'm a Veto fan which brought me to this video but I just wanted to say "Tool Story Bro" is a brilliant name for a channel.

Just got the MB5B today...loving it so far
What panels were included? Does the small side panels come with it?

Be curious to know how it feels fully loaded in the “ Backpack” mode ! The concept looks very sound ( Typical Veto ! ) .
@chrisfyfe9212 it feels pretty good. I tend to not overload my bags...but so far i love it
How did you attach the Wera Tool Check? Great vid btw, just got my MB5B & trying to do the same.

Could put less tools inside?

I can't decide which to get. The MC backpack or the MB5B
Just got the MB5B today...its awesome
I’m in a tech LC bag now will this cover me?
i'm wondering if the side pocket can fit my fluke 1587 meter, can i know the dimensions?

Bro what is that electric screwdriver you pulled from the Velcro pouch????
Vessel electric screwdriver! Checkout my Insta have links to them in my Insta bio!
How much does that front pouch sit open when full? If your in the rain would it fill up?
22:32 first tool that looks used shows up.
Could you help me locate the production code in the bag?
where did you get that magnet from?
Tradeshade.com.au 👍
Anyone know where to find the prodoction code on the MB5B for the warranty? Can’t seem to find it and I just got mine.
Can you fit the 680 field piece on the meter bags
Should be able to no problems. It’s about the same size as my 376fc
Can you confirm this? I’ve heard it won’t
Veto complaints, zippers wear out, velcro wears out, heavy and price. Nice bag though. I would consider the tpxxl
Is it to big for an on call kit?
any chance of a 15" laptop in the back pouch?
No
have you tried it?@@Kouhai_Kai
My 12.5” Dell Latitude E7250 fits but I don’t think anything larger would.

Velocity Gear Rogue 9.0 Service Bag > Veto MB5B
Been wanting that bag. They don’t sell them in the US.
