    Well that’s the end of this series for now... more info in the description. Don't expect a new upload for a bit.
    Thanks for watching 🙏
    I know the quality of clips at this depth isn’t fantastic, but I tried my best to provide some variety in terms of genres, tones, colours and singers. Some clips don’t sound great due to poor recording equipment etc, but mainly due to the fact that nothing at this pitch really sounds that fantastic anyway...
    This must be almost every C1 ever sung by singers right?
    To anyone thinking of making low note compilations in the future... you’re welcome for all these clips I found lmao

      @@namiralily1279 The 0th octave, not to mention the "negative value octaves", are not about "singing" at all and even not about making sounds but rather about emitting frequencies. It has nothing to do with singing or any musical value, it's more like a kind of a circus trick. Well, it's worth to say that almost all these "low notes" here are total fry done with the microphone stuffed in one's mouth (and still many of them are barely audible). Except Zlatopolsky who sang it in a performance with a big choir without any mic of course and still audibly in the set. Tuukka Haapaniemi (who is a legit deep bass singer) is even visibly making a good laugh of that kind of "singing" here as he used to do in the other video where he was parodying Tim Storms and his "low E1":) So he fried there not only E1 but also E0 to show the things properly. As he is perfectly aware of the huge difference between the legit low notes and typical vocal fry gimmicks. The guys like Mirabal (1:27) and Pizur (4:00) are particularly beyond funny with their "C1's" ;)

      C0 is an octave lower than C1, and off the end of the piano

    • @White2530
      @White2530 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      What’s interesting about those sorta notes is that pretty much about all moments of hearing notes from about D1 has at least some amount of fry or a lot of fry the farther u go down but since there is more chest in very few people they get the considerations of having that as a chest note, but if u can hear that little bit of fry in their voice that’ll end up being a chest fry if they actually can go that far, other than that some bass singers kinda like tukka haapenemi can very effectively used their fry cuz there’s lots of bass in it

    • @White2530
      @White2530 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh and also what I forgot to mention is that only a few clips (like Tim foust and David Kahn) can have a growl or subharmonic note which makes the sound of the extremely low note sound so much more clear than just using chest or fry range sound

      JerryBoy there’s no evidence to suggest he ever used subharmonics. His voice really was that loud, a complete anomaly. His power is unmatched by anyone, even by today’s standards. @@matthewdockray9745 He has a really low voice no doubt. In the second video you linked, he reaches a really compressed E1 nearly Eb1. Sounds like he's close to his limit. If that was a C1 or even a note lower, it wouldn't be possible for him to suddenly just shout a chest C1 heard over a choir. Again, not saying he couldn't chest a C1, just not in the choir performances.
      His speaking voice would have to be way lower than JD Sumner's. And I mean by a LOT.
