I'm a Zoholic, and love everything Zoho, but I'm not gonna lie - when I saw the video was nearly 20 minutes long I thought: "oh boy..."
Still, I watched the whole thing and, WOW! What a beautiful story. Great video, worth watching every second. Watch it, share it, and reflect on it.

This is 'REAL' & Sustainable CSR..
that too being done based on conviction and NOT because of statutory pressures - which most others do
Much better than donations, giving temporary freebies .
It has been long said that India can REALLY develop economically ONLY when her Villages develop economically -
because 60-70% of India lives in her villages.
This is wonderful work in that direction.

"Zoho" not only a brand. This is evaluation of current generation. Other corporations brand endeavored to reap ample income from wielding the man power. But your union developed the engineers with conventional method with your improvements. That's the impulse to all other product based organization. I attempted to comprehend the zoho preceding 8 years. But nonetheless I can't enormous to known about complete strategy about your corporation. Because your community introduce the ingenious idea every day inside the zoho. That's very interesting.
