I’ve struggled with fluid in my ears for years and only recently (within the last year) made the connection that dairy was causing it, I eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast, and had no idea it could be causing mucous too!? Any suggestions for an alternative?
Hi. I'm 64 years of age and in pretty good health. I am not on any medication, never take pain killers or any kind of over the counter medications. As I get older I understand that the medical industry is not concerned with solving health issues. I have been using diet, vitamins, and supplements to improve my health and energy for 2 years now. Hi I have been working on gut health I have Diverticulitis a year ago and fixed it taking a tea for it now still am working on health seems every time I find something to keep me going it changes and hard again.
