- Today we head up in the mountains to Baguio, along the way we make a couple stops to see some of the most beautiful scenery. Links to the locations in the pinned comment. If it weren’t for the earthquakes we could see ourselves renting a condo and living there for 3 months out of the year. The views, people and the weather were amazing.

Baguio is where I live, but I prefer Chiang Mai or Udan Thani.

Lived with Earth quakes in Taiwan 30 years ago, a 5.6 woke me up at 2:30 am once, missed one once because I was riding across town on my motorcycle (so the movement wasn't noticeable. *the entire Pacific rim is subject to Earth Quakes, so west coast USA, Alaska, Mexico and all around. Stay Safe / have fun!

my dad and his unit helped free baguio from the japanese. there is a monument to them, the 33rd division, on one of the corners in town.

Yes! You would to set up the bank app on your phone, your bank will assist in getting you set up.
Baugio has much better temps
Although the Philippines was easy communication, not much can beat Thai food, or Thai presentation in even the less expensive tourist facility. That road you drove into the mountains, I won't mind if we never drive that again. I'm glad we went, we travelled for 6 weeks.
I can see the attraction of the Philippines as they mainly speak good English. For me it does not have the Asian feel like Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia or Thailand. The food also looks pretty poor quality. I will stick with Thailand.
Definitely not for everyone.
They don't make a lot of videos close to no videos they make no reason to subscribe to them
