I agree with this. For those who become parents just for society and take them as burden.I have seen many couples fighting over children and treating them unwell. In my opinion they don't deserve parenthood. It really hurts me when I see children suffering due to wrong ❌ decisions of parents.

Same our condion . We both have married since 11 years back and decided not to have kids because of financial conditions are not good.. we can't give a good life to a child and also having various health issues..
So both we decided that not taking a burden for having child's. I love child's but my husband don't like them even..
He lived a very problematic life since childhood and he Decided if he can't give a good life to someone why we bring him or her as a child to earth. So we through mutual understanding we think we we'll earn money together and at some stage of life if we need kids we will adopt.... Otherwise our life is good and happy without it.... We are living in a modern world so now everything is our choices and in our hands..
I think instead of having child.. We should adopt atleast it Will make someone's life better.. There are lakhs of children in the streets who don't have enough food as well..but the major problem is GENE OBSESSION.. No one in tha family is ready to accept a child who is from outside of their genes

Well, I'm glad that the husband and wife are together in the decision of not having a baby. This is a very rare phenomenon.
What happens in reality is that a girl, right after after getting married is forced into having a baby by her in-laws, her own parents, relatives, friends, acquaintances and most importantly her own husband when she clearly isn't ready to have a child.

My daughter was barely talking about this issue. I did tell her “ don’t say this kind of stuff “. I think we get torn between norms of the society and personal preferences. We do many things because that’s how we have been doing things and sometimes we sacrifice our happiness in the midst of all that without even realizing.

Sometimes when you have children either the party isn’t happy or your mother in law isn’t happy.... Like in our Indian culture they all want boys! And if it’s a girl woman always gets the blame never the man... Now I’ve had a girl with my ex husband and they wore disappointed cos I gave birth to a girl not a boy... Domestic violence started etc... Now I’m a single mother who has raised a beauty young little girl on my own with my parents help!!! Out of all the videos on this channel, this one is my favourite. It's exactly my life story. Parenthood shouldn't be forced upon anyone and giving birth to a child doesn't make a woman complete, she is complete on her own.
I love this video! It is truly a choice and people need to start accepting that. It is better to not have the child than to have the child and constantly neglect it. I know of many couples who are not ready or do not want kids but end having them under pressure.
Finally some sensible videos coming up on this channel. Education and career as professional life has tons of choices so why shouldn’t personal life be any different? Choice of marriage, wedding, parenthood, friendship, and etc is also its own individual’s choice. It shouldn’t be dictated by so called society, who is there just to talk anyways

My favorite short film so far dec 7th we are completing 5 yrs of togetherness. I conceived last year but it was an ectopic pregnancy my life was endangered even they took my one tube🙄. But that incident changed my life now I am more confident and I don't want kids 3ven we both want kids. Having children with the hope that they will take care of you when you are old is selfish. These days most of the Indian population migrate to outside India in search of job leaving their parents alone. So, there is no guarantee that they will take care of you. The only valid reason to have a child is because you love children and love taking care of them without expectation. But, again adoption is the best way to enjoy parenthood than having a bloodline. Not everyone wants a child, but every child deserve to have parents.

World population is 7.6 billion and we are creating so many problems for our earth, so better not to have kids and instead adopt one. I believe both decision should be celebrated equally. Meaning those who are deciding to not have children should be equally celebrated as the couple that brings news of them expecting baby. Why do not we cherish the decision over what our friend or relative have decided to move forward? One can only bring best output from themselves when they are happy about their life and not by making others happy just to have baby.
