As 15mm WW1 Yanks will be arriving at my doorstep shortly, the tips for painting 15mm (which I've not done before) presented here are gold! It's a very nice complementary video to your "How I Paint Things - 15mm Troops" (which isn't surprising!). Thanks!

It was Alex that got me into the 15mm scale and love seeing the painting videos both of you do.

I have to say that these are very realistic looking 15mm figures even if it is the longer method! Thanks for sharing this.

One of the first armies I actually finished was a 15mm British/Commonwealth force. I made the mistake of using a colour for the webbing that was too close to the uniform colour. Might have worked at a larger scale, but for lads this small contrast is a much. Glad you didn't make the same mistake!

Excellent video, this method seems fantastic for beginners. I tend to find I'm spending hours painting just the one miniature ... doh!

I found that allocating an amount of time to a miniature works best, you say 1 hour, 2 hours or whatever then when its up its up, then on to the next you'll get faster and in the end they will look better as you will be able to cram more details in your pain job.

Also if these minis aren't in a scale I like (I'm more a 28/30 mm scale guy) ,they are well painted & detailed.
P.s. 15mm what scale is? They seems in scale with the old 1/87 ROCO tanks.

15mm is allegedly 1:100 scale. The figures are probably a little chunky for that, but eh! They look good against the tanks.

@@SonicSledgehammerStudio right, this is the reason they seems bulkier.

Where can I find the paint list?

Just under the video there should be a description box with 'Read More' on it. Open that, and the paints are written in there.
