Top notch as always, Brother. I like my American gunboats and admittedly can get a bit too aggressive early on with them but I’ve learned a while ago that a quick hit and the backing off to let the team reposition to support and then going and finishing off DD’s tends to win a lot of game. Always nice when the CAs and BBs help out too. I’ll be referring people to this vid when they struggle in game.

Good content. I tend to rush to cap and last 5 min. Maybe I just need to rush and concede if I’m outnumbered immediately, take a breath and check mini map more. Maybe more spotting and see the bigger pic? This made me think. I’m usually BB main. Fast action on DDs. Maybe I stay n cap too long. For sure escape routes!! Fail for me. BUT watching this, I’ll be a better DD. My future teammates thank you. Good shit A Aron!!!
I’m struggling quite a bit with Gearing. It’s my first LT DD (and I don’t have others for now). Every time I meet a Daring I always die like an idiot. It can out-conceal me, most of the times out-gun me (even though Gearing’s guns are quite good). Plus, Gearing isn’t exactly the most agile dd to dodge shells and torps. Is it just me being a potato or do you think I have the wrong build on? I use Burke for a gunboat build with Sims and Bey as inspirations.
The try to gun down DD's at the start is probably my worst DD trait as i struggle in the Daring despite it being one of the best DD's, i've taken off Perceptive to try and stop the lure of going after them at the start but doesn't always work as the first cap i go to, usually always a DD.
Gg aaron dds make or break a game it's a dirty job but someone's got to do it and it can be boring thats 1 reason im not a big dd guy but you did your job and the results speak for themselves still top of the team gg
Most effective thing I've seen is just be such ungodly levels of stupid or no tactics and people will always be amazed at either the luck or...well we all know🤷♂️
Let's be honest, when the Radar, hydro cruisers are gone the DDs will never be seen for the hole game unless the DD player is an idiot. That's extremely annoying the fact there is a dude running around not being seen throwing 10-20k toprs everywhere
I’d be willing to wait an extra 30 seconds to get 3-3-3 or 2-3-3-1 or even 1-5-3 as long as u have a class of each ship. If u get a game with no cruisers or no DDs or no BBs it becomes a poop shoot

That's not "wrong" per say but you need to make sure you have the advantage in the fight
