    I checked half a dozen reviews before this trying to get an idea about pen latency - thanks for demonstrating pen usage.

    The G8 is out now but there are hardly any reviews for it, esp the 13 inch. I'm so glad you did a review of the g7 as it's recent enough to be relevant to the latest model (I hope!), and because it's you it's super thorough and the only review needed to be watched. Thanks Bsian Dad! I'm looking at the probook x360 435 g8 ryzen5 5800u 16gb ram 512GB ssd. The only thing putting me off is it comes with single channel ram, from what I can tell.

    Great review, great details for someone wanting to know what they're getting. Impressed with the webcam audio, the video wasn't great tho. HP really seem to be stepping up their game with the newer Z-book and Probook models.

      Thanks Bruno for the feedback, the idea of the video was to help people who are new to HP as well II I am getting re-acquainted with HP computers myself too and it's only fair I pass on my experience on what I have found =). I hope it was useful to you mate, thanks again for your continue support to my channel.

    Hiya,
    Awsome review there, I'm really impressed and just surprised at the production quality and in depth coverage. However, I notied that you did not highlight the actual CPU die temperature (we can still see it at 14:52 but this is just a suggestion to highlight it more as most CPUs throttle when crossing 80-85C). If you can include this in the video too that would be a great inprovement imho!

    My sister got one as a combined replacement for her worn out Galaxy TabPro S and HP Elitebook 2760p. Needless to say that she loves it, as the R5 4500U even with single channel RAM is a gigantic leap from Core M3 6Y30 and i5 2450M.
    The included pen is also better than the TabPro's C-pen (rebadged BT wacom) and 2760P's pen. Noticeably more accurate and responsive. The only issue is that the HP logo falls off.

    A good review, thank you! But I got a question to you, or anybody that actually bought this device: while taking notes with the pen, it has a small halo around the area where the pen puts pressure on - do you think this would be disturbing while notetaking all day? Because I plan on buying it for school and it will be a main part to take notes with the pen...

    Nice review!
    Seems really great on paper and I was waiting for this laptop.
    But the power button and the keyboard layout (home&end only via the fn key) are kinda big problems for me. Also an other usb-c would've been nice on the other side.
    Also can you wake it up by the fingerprint reader?

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I must admit it does very decent video editing for 1080p editing but if you doing 4K with effect it will start to struggle but that is because you need a good dedicated GPU when you doing 4k. As for photoshop it will do fine, blender not bad.

    I have a weird question about the screen. How's the side of the lid? I bought a new Acer spin 5 and I cant't really use it for note taking as there's a little sharp edge around the edge of the screen. (where the glass ends)
    Is the glass flush with the metal part of the lid?

This is best noticeable when you write with the pen at normal tempo and in a size that you would write on paper. I wonder if this Probook loses precision too.
