I chose pile 3 and this really sounds like a personal reading. At the first impression part, I felt so so joyful, just like those first time we met. Pile 2: when we first met there was an insane and intense connection. They opened their whole soul to me (at the beginning). There was an immediate sort of ‘recognition’. I triggered a lot of things but eventually it became a tower moment and they freaked out. Curious to hear about part 2 of this…they started self sabotaging and distancing themselves (I was clear I couldn’t be with them because they had a la addiction and lots of red flags that they would have had to sort out…I didn’t ask them to, I just made it clear what i need in relationships) and my gut says that they just got overwhelmed, especially when I pulled back my energy…and freaked out and blocked me. They were fairly arrogant that I would always be there and wait on them and I think they realised I wouldn’t.
I really do hope they get therapy (from a good therapist that’s suited to their needs).

Pile 1; I met someone a few months ago thru mutual friends. At first i was getting out of a long term relationship and kind of friend zoned him bc I was going thru a lot of mental health issues, just started new antidepressants, & also wasn't really looking for anything romantic. He always showed me so much support & lots of genuine interest in me so we kept spending time together & grew pretty close. Ok, pile 3 here and I had to comment how mind blowing it all is.
My husband is older than me and he had to readjust a lot in the way he saw the world to be with me. We lived in different countries so it totally fit what you're saying about wanting to be together but being hard to pin down and not knowing if he'd see me ever again. First time here and picked pile 4. And surprisingly, it was pretty accurate. Don't want to say too much what happened, but when my significant other / husband met, I was going through a lot, but held it in like I was strong and can handle, but yes, I am a reserved person. The second half was from a past situation, and yes, It was sooooooooooooo draining, emotionally and energetically. You definitely picked up on a fraction of what I was feeling. It’s so ridiculously that I allowed myself to deal with situation.
Pile 4: I met my person weeks before I ended a long toxic relationship and I was very numb underneath my carefree personality. In fact when I met them again months later I didn't even remember meeting them at first because I was essentially dead inside. To be honest, I'm really tired and drain of loving people who either consider my "love" as weakness or underestimate me. Parents were supposed to "love" not "love-bomb" and friends were supposed to be "love" not underestimate your "love and kindness."
