السكر والماء على النار لمده 15 دقيقه مع التقليب المستمر وخلط اللبن والزبده للقوام الكريمي وأضاف الخليط الي العسل على النار واستمر بالتقليب حتى 15 دقيقه ثم اضاف فانليا ثم جلوكوز بودر
ثم تم دهن الصينيه بالزبده وأضاف ورق زبده
وأضاف المكسرات ثم اضاف الخليط وسواه وتركه حتى تاني يوم وتم تقطيع وبالف هنا 😍😍 اتمنى تدعموني بالاشتراك مرحبا بيكم أحبتي

3كيلو سكر
ليتر ونص ماء
كيلو حليب بودرة
700غ سمنة او زبدة بقرية
فانليا كاسة صغيرة
غلوكوز او شراب الذرة
يغلى السكر مع الماء حتى يغلي ويصبح كثيف
تخلط الزبدة او السمنة مع حليب البودر تدريجيا حتى يصبح الخليط ناعم ومتجانس
يضاف خليط الخليب والسمنة الى القطر او الشيرة وهو يغلي ويحرك جيدا حتى يصبح ثقيلا
