Yeah content creators love stealing and being the first to circulate something someone else uniquely said.
This is granny appalachia phrase. She literally has 3 shorts and one of em is a warning of Appalachian trails worded exactly like this.
This content creator is lame for taking her words cuz it's " cool sounding" now they get points as of they came up with it.
Puss ass hell is you ask me. Special kinda talentless loser to literally Plagiarize someone's way of talking cuz it's attractive to you.

I never take a gun. If I'm ever near any danger, they would let me know. I was followed into the area I park and wait on them by two state troopers one night. No lights. Th pulled down . Turned on high beams. And jumped out and tried to get me to say something incriminating so they could search and arrest me. I told them everything. Even of their abilities. Cloaking. Teleportation. Spirit lights. They laughed like I was lying . Then I said they have the ability to make everyone here turn their heads and look at them. Immediately after telling them that, we all turned our heads towards the valley about 50 feet away, 25 feet up a tree. It lit up a bright yellowish white and dropped to the ground and ran down the valley and at about 40 feet away it flashed red and was gone!!! I laughed and said you just saw your first one. They looked at each other started laughing and walked away. Lol. Before they left. In reverse. They said maybe we will stop by some evening and hang out for a bit. I never saw them again. But I think I made an impression!!!

Also remember folks, if ever you are in the woods (doesnt matter where) and nature suddenly falls silent, that means there is an apex predator nearby. Bear, cougar, bobcat, etc... Draw your firearm, stand your ground, and be ready. Nature will not "pause sound" for humans, but will for predatory animals. Listening, being prepared, and staying vigilant will save your life. Also, NEVER venture out without a firearm. As Woody from Toy Story said, "If you don't have one, GET one"

Good tip. I didn't know about the suddenly quiet thing. I used to take nature photos & I'd go off on a lot of back roads here in Alabama. Not even always deep in the woods or anything, but I liked finding old abandoned houses n things. I NEVER went without a pistol. But that was mostly for like, indecent men. This is a really good tip. Thanks!

Sadly there is a trend to pass laws against protection. I am seeing videos of humans losing lives to savage bear etc. even while in tents sleeping, and you guessed it they have no protection whatsoever because they have grown to believe having protection is wrong. Humankind becomes more vulnerable daily with the laws and twisted thinking of our government as well as individuals who have gotten away from the common sense policies of our forefathers.

I heard about this, I also heard the saying all the 'sound' in the nature would rather to have you, humans, to be eaten by the predator rather than them. If the predator is full it'll buy them some times for like a week to a month of 'peace' before the predator gets hungry again so.. 😂😂 Nature can be rough, all those sweet animals are plotting against you

It wasn't April Fool's day either. An eagle took off with a toddler several yrs ago dragging it up then down from the weight. The dad pursued in his car. I guess the bird finally let go. So if an eagle can do that what would one of these ancient presumably mythological thunderbirds be able to do. There's two huge thunderbird effigy mounds, Dane Cnty, WI near Madison. There's lots of stories of a tiny race that battled those big stork looking birds for 100's of yrs as they were often carried off. This race finally went into underground caverns. They are known as the Little People and people still occasionally see them.

The real reason you dont wanna run if you're being stalked by a wild animal is because it will trigger their attack instinct.
It's different depending on the animal, but if you're being stalked, it's probably an ambush predator.
Turn around and make eye contact and begin backing aways slowly. Raise your arms and maybe spread your legs a bit to make yourself look bigger and more threatening.

There's tons of folklore and tales about creepy, supernatural occurrences in the Appalacians, and some of these tips give me that impression. Namely the thing about hearing your name. The whole "no you didn't" thing is a popular phrase in these rules regarding such legends. Back in my country I used to be in the forest for fun specially because we have two cows and two horses me and my cousin used to go to very deep in the forest just for them to eat the good kind stuff. One time we were picking fruits around and playing while the animals ate it started getting late so it’s started getting a bit dark but we could still see around when all of sudden everything went quiet I could felt my heart the sounds of my breathing my body felt heavy and chill it was a weird feeling that I
never experienced before my cousin look at me for a split second. We got close to the horses and in that moment the trees started moving like something was shaking them. The cows ran away and so did the horses I got up as quick as I could and the other ran away so I helped my cousin to get into mine and the horse ran away so fast when I looked back while we were running there was this tiny thing in the place we were playing whatever that was. I had some experience in the mountains, its hard to say what i see, buts it's something that you probably wouldn't see in human civilization, i once hangout with a friend and my brothers in villages at the night, the villages is on the mountains path, so they have some good place with forest views and its nice to have some bonfire to hangout with, and we riding motorbike to that place, somehow my brothers need to pick up his friend, and both of us only bring one bike and we riding together, So I was dropped off next to the big trees to wait, because that was the place where we would hang out, after he left to pick up his friend, I sat facing the forest, after 5 or 7 minutes, i saw red orb, like an eyes, but it just one, so i thought its maybe a Firefly or some bugs, but the weird thing is the color is so red like this 🔴, After I stared at it for a long time, the red orb disappeared, then I thought "maybe it was just a firefly", until I looked to the right, I saw the same red orb flying quickly, about 10-15 meters away from my position, I was shocked and started to feeling weird and I 100% got goosebumps, until finally I turned my face to the left, and I saw the same orb flying quickly to the side, and my current position with the orb was 30 meters away, and at that moment I thought "if it was an animal, there was no way it could teleport that far from my right side to my left, without crossing my line of sight", and the time distance when I saw the orb teleport to my right and to my left side was only 5 seconds, and I was absolutely sure it was the same red orb, because I only saw 1 orb, and the orbs was always there! wherever my eyes directed its gaze, finally I ran towards the village in hurry, and after i got some distance to that place, I looked towards that place again, after 30 seconds I keep staring to that place, from a distance I saw the orbs flying very fast, it seemed it trying to taunting me. And After several things that happen I met my brother again, and I told him a little bit about what happened, finally we decided to hang out in another place, a more "safe" place probably, namely in our friend's house in that village, in that house there was my friend's father too, he sitting on living rooms, finally after a while I told them about the incident with the red orbs, and what made me even more goosebumps was, my friend's father said something about that same red orbs, previously there had been some people who saw the red orb too in that place, and they said it was related to a curse or withcraft, and that orb is the leader or ruler that stay at the place, that place is kinda haunted because lot of people saw some different figure, sometimes its woman with long white dress, sometimes it big black subhuman with lot of hair, and sometimes they seen some old woman that walking around that place, im glad i didn't see one of them thought, and my friend's father was quite surprised, because I was an outsider that can tell exactly the same things that are actually only villagers of that villages that know of that urban legends, and obviously i never heard this story before cause im just an outsider, for him hearing this story from the villagers of that village wouldn't be surprising thing because they can be made up, but it seems like he became convinced that the urban legend was real, and unfortunately I didn't ask further about that urban legend in detail, because at that time I was really scared and it's hard to speak and think properly. If you ask me what the feeling i had when seeing tgat thing, is not same feeling when you see a ghost thing, but the sensation is quite same,l like paranormal activity, and if i can describes it, its feel like you saw something out from this world, like you saw super power objects in movies that flying around, like infinity stones but flying by itself or someone using magic to control fire ball, but the difference is, it's not as fancy as movies, or louds, and the place it show ups is a haunted dark forest and so quite.

Some bad things have taken place there but no more than anywhere else. There are incredibly more dangerous places in the world.

I have a personal story with copperheads in Appalachia. One time when I was about 5-8ish years old, I was walking on a part of Appalachian trail (we walked it like a normal trail for like 30 minutes not a big chunk of it) and I’m from Tennessee and there is so much wildlife in Tennessee. I started to run because it was fun and so I was running and I didn’t notice there was a Copperhead snake and I almost stepped on it. My parents yelled at me to run back because there was a snake on the ground in the middle of the trail and so if they told me that 1 second too late than I possibly couldn’t be here today.

I was walking in the rural Appalachian woods in North Carolina when all of a sudden, everything froze. Like I heard nothing, no birds, no crickets, silence. I was close to my house, about a mile away, so I picked up my pace. I didn’t have a firearm or any weapon on me, so I ran. This was at 9:00 at night in June, so there are bears active. I ran and I turned around for a split second and saw this giant bear with her cubs in a clearing not far from me, so I ran like I never had before. The moral, the number one rule is to always have a firearm when walking in the woods alone, or be fast.
