I wonder if it's recommended to change format to NFTS on my 64GB USBs. I use it to store games and even play it directly from USB if my laptop is low of free space. Even for 10GB+ games as long as there's no single file that is 4+GB it's fine, otherwise I'd compress & split into multiple parts to fit in USB.

Thanks for the video Chris. But, I did EXACTLY that on a new, 2TB USB drive, and the NTFS formatting failed! I tried several times and the same thing happened. On the third attempt the format action just froze! When I went back to Fat32, it formatted OK. What on earth is going on?

Just a heads up, exFAT does not allow you to transfer files larger than 4GB, at least for me it wasn't letting me.

@@cwtek1 actually, turns out it was because my bandwidth was set to 128kb. No idea why, otherwise, exFAT does support larger than 4GB files.
