I have a new favorite Jeep. I would take this over a new JL Rubi any day.
My dad has a 2 door 1989 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer. This is the only other Cherokee model I would want from that era. The 2 Door versions of the XJ Cherokee are the cleanest looking and most collectible.

Too bad Jeep didn't bring back the Comanche instead of putting out the Gladiator.

I have an 89 Comanche that I can only hope some day looks half as good as this. Even the body work alone would be incredible. Hopefully when I graduate school and get a job I can get some work done like this.

I have a 01 XJ hood with the 98 5.9 Limited Grand Cherokee vents added from the factory. Going to go on my MJ eventually. Love the supercharger and that you didn't just LS swap it. I've also wanted to get a set of those Rubicon wheels, man they look good! Nice truck!

I'm looking at buying one with the 4.0 it's a 4x4 with an 8 inch lift kit. It's got 115,000 miles and is in really good condition but he wants 15 large.

Yall did a month of body work on that!? I saw it at SEMA and it was choppy all the way down! The guy at the booth told me it wasnt meant to be like that but come on guys if you build for SEMA you build it right, as a paint and body guy I get triggered by this stuff, pay no mind to me im just rambling on. I like the look of the amber lights attached to the fair lead but the way you did it makes the winch useless. It will cut the synthetic winch rope. if you look behind the fair lead opening you can see the metal used to attach the lights.
That is a shadow, not the metal. Our fairlead light brackets do not interfere with the fairlead opening.

I'm about to buy a Comanche, and it needs a lot of work a lot. and seeing the work you guys did with this beautiful Comanche I would like mine to stay the same. I live in Colorado ideas recommendations. and how much do I have to have in my pocket.

Why do the late Cherokee conversion, mine 92 is perfect, use to be the elmanotor 2x4 it's factory white . The late model stuff takes away, im 60 and built since the early 80's

I’ve got the same wheels on my 86 MJ. Where did you get the vinyl sticker to place on the rim to get rid of the Rubicon emblem? I love the wheels but would like to do the same. Thanks for the help. Amazing build! I want him your videos on it at least once a week.
I would love to daily drive this and off road on the weekends. There would be only a couple changes or additions. Dual rear exhaust, rear airbags with onboard air compressor. Front and rear electronic locking differentials. Twin sequential turbos, and a small supercharger and inter cooler. And bead lock wheels and best dick brakes money can buy. And a touch screen stereo. Leather interior and vinyl head liner, light up gauge cluster. Other than those, 100% my dream truck.

Alright boys. I'm restoring my 88 4x4 Comanche. 66k miles, in the family since day one. The whole dashboard is cracking so where do I start to either replace the dashboard with the same year or better yet with a late 90s Cherokee dash? Help, I'm clueless
We didn't actually do the interior swap on this one, but there is probably lots of info on the forums about what to do.
