Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
2 + 2 tablespoon of Oil,
1 tablespoon Butter
Homemade Masala ~
4 Cloves,
4 Cardamom ,
1 stick Cinnamon,
2 Red chilli ,
1 tsp Coriander seeds ,
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Fennel seeds ,
1 Onions, Finely Chopped,
2 Onions (paste),
1 tablespoon Ginger ~ Garlic Paste,
10 Cashews,
1 tbsp Melon seeds ,
½ cup Curd,
½ cup Cream,
Salt as per taste ,
¼th tsp Black pepper powder ,
½ cup Water ,
1 teaspoon Garam Masala,
1 teaspoon Kasturi methi,
Some Chopped Coriander Leaves.
